cr44 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the cr44 platform ("we", "cr44") and its users ("you", "player"). By using the cr44 website, mobile app or any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using cr44 services.

1 General Provisions

3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account username and password confidential. All activities carried out using your login credentials will be considered your own actions.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the total amount (deposit plus bonus). If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may be claimed only once, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash; they are for wagering purposes only.

5.3 VIP Programme Cashback

The cr44 VIP programme has four tiers, with weekly cashback provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on gaming activity and engagement on the platform.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on cr44 are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Game outcomes are entirely impartial using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and cannot be predetermined.

6.1 Placing Bets

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, cr44 will determine the outcome based on system logs.
• Bets must be placed within the limits specified in the game terms.

6.2 Game Errors and Disputes

Incorrect results displayed due to software or hardware errors will be considered void. The bet amount will be refunded in such cases. In the event of any dispute, cr44 server records will be considered final.

6.3 Sports Betting

cr44 sports betting rules apply when betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20, international matches), football, kabaddi and other sports. If a match is abandoned or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded, unless a different rule applies.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cr44. Violation of these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Strategic betting intended to circumvent bonus terms ("bonus abuse").
• Using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the game system.
• Coordinating with other players to influence game outcomes ("collusion").
• Using fraudulent payment information or submitting chargebacks.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

cr44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or evidence of providing false information.
• Suspicion of fraud or financial misconduct on the account.
• Receipt of an order from a court or regulatory authority.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time via cr44 live chat or email. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any outstanding balance before the account is closed, unless the account is being closed due to a breach of rules.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

9 Limitation of Liability

cr44 accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Financial loss from gaming, which is part of the normal risk of gaming.

9.1 Service Availability
